5 Aside Football
League Rules
Format
The
competition will consist of eight teams playing a league basis with teams
playing each other once. The usual three
points for a win, a point for a draw will apply.
Location & timing
Games will
be played indoors at “Power Leagues” pitches located in
http://www.powerleague.co.uk/news.asp?cid=OLD&RID=1434.
Rules
Basic 5
aside rules apply with the following reminders
- Squad to consist of no more
than 8 players.
- Unlimited substitutes on a
roll-on roll-off basis.
- Games will be ‘self refereed’
in the spirit of fair play!
- Duration 20 minutes each way
teams swapping ends at half time.
- Home team to kick off first
half, away team second.
- Home team to change strip if
colour clash.
- Charging/sliding tackles are
forbidden and shall be penalised by the awarding of a direct free kick.
- A player who unfairly impedes
the progress of an opponent when not playing the ball shall be penalised
by the awarding of an indirect free kick.
Equipment, Pitches & Kit
The pitches
will be pre-booked & pre-paid for by Axima, each team will receive one
match ball (indoor). Kits are at each
teams discretion (goalkeeper to have different top). You are advised to ensure all players wear
shin pads.
Pre-Match Confirmation
It is the
responsibility of the home team to contact the Captain of the away side
& confirm they are available to make the fixture and to ensure there is not
a colour clash. Failure to field a side
for a fixture will result in loss of tie.
After Match Socialising
To be
organised and paid for by the home team.
Results
Results
including names of the scorers are to be emailed to gary.smith@axima-uk.com on the day
following the match by both team captains.
