Axima Building Services Ltd successfully completed Phase 2 of this major Public Sector refurbishment project. Following on from the successful completion of Phase 1, this £5M refurbishment involved the replacement of all mechanical services systems and associated plant and was completed in October 2004 . The Construction Manager were Bovis Lend Lease, Quantity Surveyor Mott Green Wall and the Consultants Waterman Gore.
