The company was awarded two contracts with a total value of £7.5 million to provide mechanical services for the new offices of MBNA (Maryland Bank of North America) in Chester, Cheshire.

The project included the installation of LTHW heating, chilled water, natural gas, condensate drainage, underground mains pipework, a sprinkler system, a free-standing air conditioning system, office VAV air conditioning/ventilation and extract and building management system.
