Axima Building Services Ltd have been awarded the mechanical services fit-out / refurbishment to this historic 70 year old Grade II listed building.

Unilever House is situated in London Blackfriars and is a prominent London landmark and the UK headquarters of Unilever.

The Management Contractor for this project is Bovis Lend Lease Consultants Arup & Partners, Quantity Surveyors are Davis Langdon (Mott Green Wall) and the Architects are Kohn Pederson Fox.

Axima started on site mid 2005 with an anticipated programme of 18 months, with an expected value circa £5M.
