BBC Headquarters Redevelopment - Phase 1


Axima Building Services Ltd were responsible for the refurbishment / new build project for the BBC Head Quarters in London W1.

Axima providing the mechanical services installation comprising heating, ventilation, chilled beams, close controlled air conditioning systems and public health services.

The Management Contractor for this project was Bovis Lend Lease, Consultants Faber Maunsell, Architects were MacCormac Jamieson Pritchard and the Quantity Surveyors were Currie & Brown.

Work completed in May 2005 with an value circa £15M for Phase I.
