Training and Development

We offer excellent training and development opportunities, which are linked to organisation and individual needs.

In addition, we offer opportunities for assisting both office and site based employees to pursue NVQs.


Apprentice / Trainees

As part of our ongoing commitment to investing in our future, the company regularly recruit apprentices and trainees in the following categories:-

Apprenticeships offered :

- Craft (H & V) Heating and Ventilating
- Technician (Building Services Engineer)

Our apprentices follow the Industry Modern Apprenticeship training scheme, leading to an National Vocational Qualification (NVQ) Level 3. Technician Apprentices follow the National Certificate/Higher National Certificate route on either a day or block release at Croydon college.

Commercial Trainees

We offer training to commercially minded young people with A/AS Levels (230 UCAS points) who are interested in becoming Quantity Surveyors. Qualification is obtained via a Degree course on day release over 5 years, leading to a BSc in Quantity Surveying.
