Axima Building Services Ltd have been awarded the mechanical services for Phase I of this new hospital development from Skanska Derby for the client Derby Project Company.

The development comprising of 1159 bedrooms and 35 operating theatres.

The Management Contractor for this project is Skanska Derby, Consultants Troup Bywaters & Anders and the Architects are Capita Property Services Limited.

The Construction programme started in August 2004 and is expected to be completed in Oct 2006 with the mechanical services totalling some £6.1M.
