This is currently the largest hotel actually in the City of London. Adjacent to Liverpool Street Railway Station and originally built in 1884 by the Great Eastern Railway Company, the hotel recently underwent a £70 million restoration.
The £9.5 million contract to provide mechanical and electrical services, in partnership with T Clarke, involved the refurbishment/conversion of the existing hotel to a 5-star, 265 bedroom facility with modern restaurant and conferencing facilities. |
