Axima Building Services are currently working on site at Plot 5 More London known as the new Hilton Hotel.

The Hilton Hotel with views of Tower Bridge and the Thames, consists of an eight storey and a twelve storey block linked at the lower levels.

Axima are providing the mechanical services installation comprising :-

•  Bedroom fan coil units with chilled water and electric heating served from individual risers.

•  Close control linked to Hilton's unique ‘Fidelio' system which pre-conditions your room as you are booking in.

•  Fresh Air and extract ductwork and associated plant.

•  Domestic hot and cold water and drainage throughout including final connections to the bathroom pods.

•  Air conditioning to general areas and conference suites.

•  Roof top packaged plantrooms and full sprinker protection.

The Management Contractor for this project is Bovis Lend Lease, Consultants Roger Preston & Partners, Architects are Jestico & Whiles and the Quanity Surveyors are E C Harris .

The Construction programme started in May 2005 with completion in September 2006.
