As principal sub-contractor we manage and take full responsibility for
both the self-delivered and sub-contracted elements of the project, ensuring co-ordination of all services and understanding of other
trades’ requirements through constant communication processes.
COFELY makes extensive use of cost-effective, time-saving prefabrication
techniques, utilising our own dedicated prefabrication workshop located in Milton Keynes.
The extent of prefabrication is determined by the best solution for each
project and can range from the pre-assembly of fan coil modules
through to complex services riser modules and complete plant rooms.

CAD & 3D Animation
Our Engineering Services’ design development and installation skills are
ideally suited to the delivery of significant refurbishment and fit-out
projects and we have an enviable reputation in this area.

use of advanced CAD/CAE systems to provide innovative, cost-effective
solutions our services benefit from the technical exchange of information
and experience with sister companies throughout Europe.

Accurate and swiftly delivered CAD drawings accelerate the design
process, enable more accurate ordering of materials, and reduce overall
programme timescales. We meet this demand with our advanced CAD
CAE 3D modelling, a state of the art capability that enables our customers
to view the planned concept as a completed project, complete with
sequenced build stages and ‘walk-through’ graphics; this allows spacial meintenance planning prior to installation.
Additionally, the CAD delivery system shows space planning in 3D
format, with high definition colours, textures and material finishes for
greater clarity and pre-project understanding.
