Our Company culture ensures a total commitment to quality management and meeting our customer needs.

Employees are instructed in the application of our operating procedures on joining the company and receive updates during regular briefing sessions from the management team.

Since our performance is inherently dependant on the performance of our supply chain, Subcontractors are subject to our formal pre-qualification and on going vendor evualation.

The Company has maintained quality management certification since 1990 and is now accredited to ISO 9001:2000


Management are committed to the continual improvement of the Quality Management System to increase client satisfaction. Our operating procedures are regularly reviewed to reflect best practice targets.

For management control and feedback purposes we continually monitor and audit our operating performance through both our internal quality management team and our external quality assessment and certification body BM TRADA.

Our Quality Policy and Objectives are regularly monitored and reviewed under the Quality Management Review programme.
